Hi there human being, I am Hail Liwag and I am a human. I am a Grade 12 HUMSS student at Philippine Christian University DasmariƱas Campus. I know you know that each of us has unhealthy habits, like sleeping for 2 hours because school task, household chores, social media, online games, or maybe you spend too much time watching something magical, specially you man! So what is the topic that we will talk about? It is about your health! HAHAHA I bet you knew it when I said a thing about your unhealthy habits.

So what is the first thing that we will talk about that affects your health? Since I mentioned it earlier we will talk about sleeping. Sleeping is the natural act of resting. Why do we have to sleep properly? Most of us know that our metabolism is affected when our body didn't get enough sleep, and not just that improper sleeping schedule could lead to the deficiency of hemoglobin and red blood cell that will cause to decrease of vitality in short Anemia. Mood swings, trouble in concentration or thinking, and memory issues could occur if our mind didn't get enough rest.. I recommend that you manage your time properly for balance sleeping schedule or be ready for the consequences.

Most of us eat what we want to eat and some are cautious of what they put into their mouths, but the question here is what your body needs? What we need is Macro nutrients and micro nutrients. Macro nutrients are protein, carbohydrate, and fats. Micro nutrients is the vitamins and minerals. Protein rich food like fish, meats, and eggs are good for us because every part of your body contains protein. Carbohydrates is needed because it is the fuel or our body, most go foods is carrying high amount of carbohydrates. Fats is needed for us to balance the sugar content of our body and to sustain brain functionality. Vitamins is essential to our body it protect us from diseases and problems. Vitamins is need for our bones, vision, and skin. Minerals like calcium support bones, nerve signal transmission, good blood pressure, and healthy muscles. iron supports the red blood cells, and zinc strengthens immunity.

Exercise are series of movements that done to become stronger and healthier. We need exercising to secrete toxic via sweating. Exercise also improves our mental health by putting us on good mood. Exercise like walking, running, cycling, sports, and other activities is good for all us.
